Who operates ProblemGraph
ProblemGraph is operated by Dale Hill. For privacy questions or requests, email hello.problemgraph@gmail.com.
What ProblemGraph collects
We collect the business problem and interview answers you submit, your industry, company-size range, pilot interest and technical submission records. Your contact email is optional.
Why we use it
We use submissions to analyse operational bottlenecks, identify patterns across businesses, assess demand for solutions and contact you about your report or a pilot only when you provide an email and explicitly agree to contact.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interests to research business bottlenecks and operate and improve ProblemGraph. Where you ask to hear about a report, matching solution or pilot, we rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
AI processing and service providers
Problem descriptions are processed using OpenAI to produce structured analysis and follow-up questions. Reports are stored using Supabase. These providers process data on ProblemGraph's behalf under their applicable service terms and safeguards.
What not to submit
Do not include passwords, payment-card information, health information, confidential customer records, export-controlled information or personal information about staff, customers or other people. Describe the workflow rather than naming individuals.
Sharing and publication
Raw reports and contact details are restricted to authorised administrators. Any future public insights should be aggregated or anonymised; contact details will not be published or sold.
Retention and your rights
We keep identifiable submissions for up to 12 months from submission, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to retain them for a legal reason. After that, we will delete or anonymise them. Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your personal data, withdraw consent and complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise a right, email hello.problemgraph@gmail.com.
